A little about Wikis...
So, two weeks ago in class I learned what a wiki is and we even created one! A wiki is a website that allows you to create and edit a number of linked webpages. It is a good way to create a collaborative website. Right now in class we are currently creating an ITSopedia and also a smaller wiki in a group of 3 we created a wiki for our advocacy topic. It is pretty neat to be able to create a website with others all being in different places! It is also a great way to collaborate with others on a specific topic and get many insights.

I agree, I get a kick out of receiving the e-mail updates that show the evolution of the document. Its like watching my daughter build something out of legos. Piece by piece it comes together and like my daughters legos, the transition from first ideas to refined thought is pretty darn cool.
